• The Speeder fin is the result of careful research into movement dynamics.
• During development, in addition to paying particular attention to the characteristics of the two components that make up a fin, the foot pocket and blade, we have improved the interaction between them by refining the connection system, thereby improving the overall functionality of the product.
• The fishing foot pocket is the element that connects the spearfisher to the blade, and it is through this that all the power is transferred to the blade and converted into movement. For maximum efficiency of the Speeder fin, we have moved the side rails under the sole of the foot: this has greatly improved comfort while also increasing thrust for the same amount of effort. The side rails are also fitted with clips fused on the inside, ensuring excellent mechanical adhesion to the blade and preventing steps and hydrodynamic turbulence.
• We have also given the foot pocket a special shape with variable thickness to achieve considerable mechanical strength while maintaining lightness and rigidity: a soft upper is combined with a rigid sole incorporated during moulding, ensuring excellent energy transfer from the diver to the blade.
• The blade is moulded from polypropylene: to ensure the best propulsion and excellent elastic recovery while minimising finning effort, the blade has been made with varying thickness: while the heel has a thickness of 3,5mm, the tip has a thickness of 1,8 mm
