DIVE COMPUTER SCREEN ARA SEAC BLACK BLUE
Seac Screen is the dive computer designed for clear and
easy reading of all the data relating to your dive profile.
The large display shows all the useful information
on a single screen, with clearly legible and distinct characters.
Contrast and brightness can be adjusted, as can the mode (automatic
or manual) and the backlight duration (from 2” to 60”). The display
measures 4x4,7cm and is protected by a durable rubber-coated
casing. Total dial dimensions 6,7x7cm.
The strap is long
and designed to fasten Seac Screen comfortably, even over a
drysuit. Total length, from the buckle to the opposite end: approximately 36
cm.
The two clearly defined front buttons make Seac Screen easy
and quick to use, even with very thick gloves.
Seac
Screen operates in 3 main modes:
Scuba, Gauge and Free. In
Scuba mode, the dive profile is automatically managed according to the Bühlmann
ZHL-16C decompression algorithm. It supports the management of 1 or 2 gas mixes (air,
Nitrox and other mixes with O2 up to 99%), alerting the user when it is most
appropriate to switch. Audible and visual alarms are triggered if a decompression
stop is missed, the ascent rate is too high, or the maximum depth permitted
for the mixes in use is exceeded. In Gauge mode, the Seac Screen computer
displays depth and elapsed time, allowing more experienced divers to manage
their dives independently. In Free mode, freedivers can view surface and dive
times, current depth and the maximum depth reached during the session.
Seac
Screen’s dive Planner lets you simulate and plan a dive
by displaying the NDL time based on the set depth and other input data (mix,
maximum PpO2, algorithm conservatism level).
The Logbook
stores up to 40 hours of diving in Scuba/Gauge mode or 18 hours in Free mode.
Data downloads and software updates are available using a USB-C cable and the
Seac Dive Manager application, which can be downloaded free of charge
from Seacsub.com.
Seac Screen runs on a non-rechargeable CR2450
battery. It can be replaced by the user, but we still recommend
contacting an authorised Seac service centre to also replace the original o-ring
in the battery compartment.
Other features: maximum depth 100 meters,
NoFly and desaturation time calculations, maximum permitted altitude warning, selection
of fresh or salt water.
Seac Screen is also available in a console
version combined with a pressure gauge.

Safety warnings
Dive computers and instruments help you plan the dive but do not replace training or common sense: read the manual before use and do not exceed the limits of your certification. Check the battery charge before every dive. Keep batteries and small parts away from children and dispose of batteries through separate waste collection.
