Withdraw from contract

What happens next

1. We receive your request and send you the receipt by email; then we write to you with instructions for the return.
2. Send the goods back within 14 days to Style Sport 2, Via Unità d'Italia 6, 73024 Maglie (LE), Italy, or bring them to the shop. You bear the cost of returning the goods; we recommend a tracked shipment and the original packaging with accessories and manuals.
3. We refund you within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal request.

How the refund works

• We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery costs (up to the cost of standard delivery).
• PayPal or card: the refund goes back to the PayPal account or card you used; crediting times depend on PayPal and the card-issuing bank.
• PayPal «Pay in 3 instalments»: PayPal cancels or recalculates the instalments and returns what you have already paid.
• Bank transfer: we refund by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us.
• The refund is free of charge for you.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
• You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to examine the product.

If the product is faulty or does not match the order, you do not need to withdraw: write to us at info@stylesport2.it; the legal guarantee applies and we bear the costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products (for example items cut to size or sold by the metre, sealed hygiene items that have been opened, fresh bait) or to purchases made as a professional or business. Full details are in section 8 of the Terms of sale.
