The Rock scuba BCD is extremely durable and guarantees an excellent fit.
The Rock’s bladder is made of extremely tough 420 denari Cordura nylon
, with Tyrpol reinforcements on the shoulder straps and pockets to ensure great resistance
to wear.
The bladder’s connection to the cummerbund allows the bladder
to expand outwards, thus preventing the annoying chest compression that can occur
during a dive.
The Rock’s back plate is one-piece, very sturdy and padded, with Tyrpol protection,
for greater comfort.
The Rock comes with 6 stainless steel D-rings,
bent and strategically positioned for easy and safe use.
The quick-release
buckles are made of high-strength technopolymer. The waist buckle is 50mm, and the shoulder strap buckles are 40mm. The Rock also comes
with an additional 20mm sternum buckle incorporating a special whistle for
added safety.
Inside the right pocket there is an elastic attachment ring.
The pockets also feature special openings for routing the octopus and the pressure gauge or console.
The
jacket is equipped with two quick-dump and overpressure valves, one on the
right shoulder and one at the bottom right, as well as the dump valve on the corrugated hose.
All the valves are “low profile” to minimise bulk and
drag.
The Rock comes with two tank attachment straps. In addition to
the standard central strap, there is a second strap positioned higher up for
a more stable and secure fit.
