REEL NEW NEXAVE 8000 FE

The Nexave is available in the larger 6000 and 8000 sizes, making it perfect for targeting large specimens or for heavy-duty fishing, where the larger sizes make fishing easier, especially when casting long distances or fishing for large, hard-fighting fish.
Combining a low price with Shimano's reputation for high quality, the Nexave is an excellent reel to get started with or to use as a spare. Equipped with a superb multi-disc front drag, especially useful when tackling powerful, hard-fighting fish, the Nexave also has a lightweight aluminium spool combined with AR-C line management, usually found on much more expensive models. To further maximise casting performance, Shimano's exclusive Varispeed winding system produces excellent line lay, reducing friction as the line leaves the spool. The exceptional smoothness and power delivered by the high-quality bearings and the 4,9:1 gear ratio are immediately noticeable during use, inspiring confidence and adding to the enjoyment wherever you fish.
