SHIMANO ULTEGRA 14000 XSE REEL
Ultegra XSE is based on Shimano's best-selling models and is designed to redefine the mid-range Big Pit reel market. Packed with many of Shimano's key "long cast" technologies and featuring eye-catching styling, these reels exceed expectations and are set to become best sellers across Europe.
Only Shimano has the Super Slow Oscillation, which is reason enough to buy Ultegra XSE. In addition, these reels pack in the best of Shimano technology, making them impossible to ignore. Not only will these reels help you increase casting distance, they are also more powerful when playing fish, will last longer and look great on any rod you pair them with. Whatever your choice, you can be sure you have made an excellent decision.
Hidden inside Ultegra's lightweight and rigid CI4+ body is a selection of Shimano's most advanced technologies. HAGANE Gear and X-SHIP combine with Infinity Drive and Silent Drive to deliver exceptional smoothness and effortless rotation. However, don't be fooled. Put the Ultegra under pressure and it will deliver all the power you need, and even more. Beyond the technologies it incorporates, the casting performance of this reel is sure to impress.
Super Slow 5 Oscillation ensures smooth line release, reducing friction to a minimum and maximising casting distance. There are also other important features. Rigid Cast reduces spool vibration during casting, while Parallel Body ensures perfect alignment of the line as it leaves the reel and passes through the rod's first guide. In addition, the AR-C spool, thanks to its special lip, almost completely eliminates even the slightest friction. The result is an impressive reel at a highly competitive price.
